TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at JustBux
As a registered user at JustBux, you have confirmed you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:

1. FORUMS, CHAT AND PRIVATE MESSAGES


1.1. You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas.

1.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat and the private messages.

1.3. You must respect other users in all of these areas under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.

1.4 All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts/topics.Spamming the forums, chat and private messages with nonsense posts/messages is also prohibited.

1.5 Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to JustBux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered and offense and are strictly prohibited.

1.6 You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

1.7 Reporting messages that do not violate these terms of services is not allowed.


2. USER ACCOUNT


2.1. Accounts cannot be downgraded. A downgraded account will be suspended.

2.2. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.

2.3. Accounts are not transferable.

2.4. Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person.

2.5. As your password must be kept secret from others. In case if you forget your password you can request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.

2.6. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your AlertPay account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.

2.7. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

3. REFERRALS


3.1. You may refer 20 people if you are standard or 200 people if you are PREMIUM member.

3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses.

3.3. You can only rent referrals when they are available

3.4. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.

3.5. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or rented.

3.6. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.

4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY


4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

4.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at JustBux .

5. PAYMENTS TO USERS


5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay . No other method of payment is available at this time.

5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.

5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 on the first cashout and next payments will be $5, $7, $10 respectively.

5.4. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.

5.5. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS


6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content.

6.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.

6.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

7 Payments to JustBux


7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.

7.2. All payments are non-refundable except as described in 3.4.

7.3. Payments made to JustBux using AlertPay are confirmed by your AlertPay email. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.

7.4. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION


8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity. An inactive user for 72 hours after registration will have the account permanently suspended.

8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.

9. LIABILITY


9.1. JustBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to JustBux and therefore beyond our control.

9.2. JustBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

9.3.JustBux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.


Porn and illegal content will not be accepted.
